Whitney LaShea Bartley

Whitney LaShea Bartley, age 34, of Lexington, Ky., formerly of Rockhouse of Marrowbone, passed away November 8, 2023 at her home in Lexington, Ky. Whitney was born on Dec. 18, 1988 to her parents Givelene Chaney Bartley and the late Michael Bartley. She worked for a cleaning service and was a believer of the freewill baptist faith. Along with her mother, Whitney is survived by three children, Lakan Sue Fleming, Kylie Jo Thacker, Jackson Kent, one brother, Owen Bartley, her uncle, Tim Chaney, nephew, Michael Ryan Bartley, niece, Kendra Bartley, great niece, Stella Rose Damron, great nephew, Dean Riley Bartley, and a host of loving cousins, family and friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Friday November 17, 2023 at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday at 7p.m. with Mike Coleman officiating.
