Vester Lee Osborne

Vester Lee Osborne, age 74, of Lizzie Fork, Pikeville, Ky, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Vester was born in Pike County, Ky. on June 12, 1948, to his parents the late Troy Osborne and Margaret Caudill Osborne. Vester was the husband of Diann Osborne. He was a retired Coalminer. He was of the Freewill Baptist Faith. Vester served his Country Honorably in the United States Army. Vester was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Betty Hamilton, Bobbie Acre, Hazel Osborne, Mary Hampton. He was preceded by three brothers, Bruce Osborne, Troy Osborne, Jr., Charles Edward Osborne. Vester is survived by his wife Diann Osborne, a son, Charles Edward Osborne "Fats", a daughter, Melissa Lea Byrd (Sam), a brother, Ellis Osborne (Linda), a granddaughter, Alexa Byrd and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday, July 11, 2022, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home, with church services at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Tuesday, July 12, 2022, 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home, with Tyler Bentley, Eric Fleming, Randy May. Burial will follow in the Clyde Branham Cemetery located on Lizzie Fork.
