Timothy Alvin Smith

Timothy Alvin Smith, age 74, passed away March 7, 2020 at Jenny Wiley State Park. He was a retired attorney and the husband of the late Jessica Aloi Smith. Timothy was born on July 1, 1945 to his parents the late Elmer Alvin Smith and Evelyn Fox Smith. Timothy is survived by one daughter, Sara, two sons, Sean Smith, Gregory Smith, step son Steven Williams, step daughter Marilyn Aloi, one sister, Sylvia, two brothers, David Smith, Russ Smith, two grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. There will be a private family funeral.
