Timothy Arson Justice

Timothy Arson Justice age 63, passed away November 8, 2025, at his home.  He was born June 23, 1962, to his parents the late James "Jim" C. and Jackie Wormsley Justice.  Timothy was the husband of Bernie Ratliff Justice.  He was owner and operator of TJ's Auto Sales, an Army veteran, a member of the Masonic Lodge and a member of Berean Bible Church.  

Besides his parents Timothy was preceded in death by one son Robert Adkins, one brother, Jimmy Justice and one sister Denise Adkins.

Along with his wife, Timothy is survived by two sons Daniel (Ruby) Adkins, Heath (Sarah) Justice, three daughters, Jennifer (Gene) Bedell, Paige (Greg) Richardson, Angela (Kyle) Fletcher, twelve grandchildren and a host of loving friends and family.  

Visitation will be Monday November 10, 2025, from 6:00-10:00 PM with church services beginning at 7:00 PM at Lucas and Son Funeral Home with David Johnson and Kyle Fletcher officiating.
