Timothy Brian Coleman

Timothy Brian Coleman, Age 60, Passed away, Wednesday October 7, 2026, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Tim was born on, December 31, 1965, to Carl Leman Coleman and Mary Ethel Seymour Coleman.  Tim was a coal miner for 25 years, and the Pastor of Guiding Light Community Church, he always had a passion for helping those in need that's why he started the community food giveaway that has helped hundreds, if not thousands of families in need across the community. Tim was preceded in death by his late wife Tammy Coleman, and his dad Carl Leman Coleman.

Tim is survived by his loving wife, Amy Dorton-Coleman, two sisters, Terena (Alex) Medows, and Tena Jones, his twelve children, Jordan Coleman, Brittany Gibson, Isaiah Coleman, Drew Coleman, Michael Coleman, Marshall Coleman, Annabelle Coleman, Gracie Coleman, Kayla Rowe, Shaley DeHart, Bryce Blackburn and Robbie Spears. eleven grandchildren, Leland, Waylon, Garrett, Braylon, Tig, Eli, RaeLynn, Josie, Archer, Piper, and Austin, and a host of loving family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, October 9th, and Saturday October 10th, 6pm, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with church services beginning at 7pm each night with Bro. Joey Lawson and Bro. Benny Hopkins officiating.  Funeral Service will be held Sunday October 11th, 2pm, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin, Ky.
