Terry Lee VanHoose

Terry Lee VanHoose, born on August 8, 1964, in Pikeville, Kentucky, passed away at his residence on December 31, 2025. 

Terry was the son of the late Vonda and Crettie Hamilton. Terry is remembered by his family, which includes his son, Jacob (Haley) VanHoose; daughter, Amanda (Jordan) Blackburn; granddaughter, Isabela Blackburn; and grandson, Owen VanHoose. 

To honor his life, visitation will be held at Lucas & Son Funeral Home, located at 2931 US Highway 23 S, Pikeville, KY, on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A funeral service will take place at Lucas and Sons Funeral Home, U.S. 23, Pikeville, KY, on Saturday, January 3, 2026, starting at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in the McCoy Cemetery, located Knobb Fork of Zebulon, Kentucky.

Terry Lee VanHoose's life will be celebrated by all who loved him, and his legacy will carry on through his beloved family. His love will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.
