Teresa Gay Ratliff, age 64, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 at U.K. Hospital in Lexington, Ky. She was born on January 24, 1960. Teresa was the wife of Wayne Ratliff and a homemaker.
Along with her husband, Teresa is survived by one son, Thomas R. Bartley, one brother, Lonnie Mullins, one sister, Katie Quesenberry, one granddaughter, Madison Bartley, and a host of loving family and friends.
There was a private family funeral.
