Tenna Faye Francis Robinette, a beloved homemaker and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully at her home on April 24, 2026. Born on July 28, 1968, in Pike County, Tenna lived a life deeply rooted in love and dedication to her family and those around her. Tenna’s greatest joy was her family, whom she loved with all her heart. Her nurturing spirit and warm personality left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a steadfast pillar of strength and compassion within her home and community.
Tenna is survived by her dear mate, Bill Walters, who stood by her side with unwavering support and love. Her children, Billeigh Walters and Charles Gregory Robinette. Tenna’s bond with her siblings—her sister Denna Francis Mounts and her brother Dave Francis—was one of closeness and enduring affection.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Cecil Edward Francis and Maggie Carolyn Ray, as well as her siblings Anita, John, and Danny, whose memories she cherished dearly.
A visitation will be held on May 4, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Brushy Creek Baptist Church, located at 8408 Brushy Road, Varney , Kentucky Pikeville, KY 41571 Special services start at 7:00 p.m. with John George Blackburn officiating. This will be a time for friends and family to gather and celebrate Tenna's life. Following this, the funeral service will take place at Brushy Creek Baptist Church, on May 5, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m. with a burial following at Scalf Cemetery.
Tenna Faye Francis Robinette’s life was a testament to her unwavering devotion to those she loved. Her memory will remain forever in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her warmth, kindness, and love continue to inspire and comfort all who mourn her loss.
