Tammy Renae Stiltner, 55, passed away on November 6, 2025, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born on October 31, 1970, in Pikeville, she touched the lives of many with her warmth and kindness.
Tammy is survived by her fiancé, Chad Kendrick, who brought her joy and companionship. She leaves behind her cherished children, Austin Stiltner and Kelsey Stiltner, who were the light of her life, and a daughter she loved like her own, Maggie Kendrick. Tammy is also survived by her mother, Pauline Hall, and her two sisters, Joetta (Jeff) Slone and Pauletta (Timmy) Tackett, who share fond memories and a deep bond with her,
In addition to her immediate family, Tammy was a beloved aunt to Whitney Thomas, T.J. Tackett, Brady Slone and Micah Slone, as well as a proud great aunt to numerous great nephews who will long remember her loving spirit.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Hall, whose memory will remain close to the hearts of those she leaves behind.
The family will hold visitation at Lucas & Son Funeral Home located at 2931 US Highway 23 S, Pikeville, KY, on Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM both days. A funeral service honoring Tammy's life will be held on November 9, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM, at the same location. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
Tammy Renae Stiltner will be remembered for her loving nature and the indelible mark she left on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
