Suzanne Renee Coleman

Suzanne Renee Coleman, 59, of Pikeville Kentucky, peacefully passed away on June 25, 2026. A celebration of life will be held at Lucas & Son Funeral Home on June 27, 2026 at 5 p.m. and June 28, 2026 at 2 p.m.

Suzanne was born on September 15, 1966 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Anita Sue Coleman and Gary Dale Coleman. She attended Millard High School. She was an employee of the Pike County Health Department for 17 years where she made lifelong friends. Suzanne had a deep love for animals and helping those that were unable to help themselves. Her pride and joy was the family she created. She was a proud member of Creekside Church located in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her father, Gary Coleman. She is survived by her mother Anita Coleman, brother Dale Coleman, ex husband and good friend Wayne Coleman, her two children Aleiah Beth Blackburn (Hunter) and Isaiah Wayne Coleman, and her granddaughter Iris Elizabeth Blackburn.

Suzanne will be remembered for her unwavering kindness and love she always extended to those around her, especially love for her family. Being around her was a gift that will forever be cherished by those who were lucky enough to experience it.
