Shirley Ann Mullins

Shirley Ann Mullins, age 79, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Shirley was born on October 1, 1941 to her parents the late Thomas Folsom and Leona McClain Folsom. She was an EMT for First Response Ambulance Service in Prestonsburg, Ky., and a believer of the freewill baptist faith. Along with her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by one son, Virgil Thomas Yonts Jr., one daughter, Cynthia Lynn Yonts, and one sister, Charlene Folsom. Shirley is survived by eight children, Clinton Cushman, Michael Cushman, Victor Cushman, Helen Yonts, Megan Jones, Tim Mullins, Jeremiah Folsom, Tierra Folsom, three brothers, Thomas, Edward, and Cliff Folsom, one sister, Noreen Folsom, six grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. There will be a private family service.
