Sharon Gail Damron

     Sharon Gail Damron, age 74, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Sharon was born on December 11, 1950 to her parents Loretta Osborne Hopkins and the late Richard Hopkins.  She was a retired bookkeeper and a believer of the Christian Faith.

     Along with her father, Sharon was preceded in death by one sister, Ama Bentley.

     Along with her mother, Sharon is survived by one daughter, Melanie (Kevin) Matney, one son, Steve (Ashley) Damron, one sister, Peggy Brewer, four grandchildren, Caroline Matney, Davis Matney, Madison Damron, Noah Damron, and a host of loving family and friends.

There was a private family service.
