Ruth Williams Crum

    Ruth Williams Crum, age 64, passed away Monday, August 12, 2024 at her home of Poor Bottom Road.  Ruth was born on June 3, 1960 to her parents the late Theodore Williams and Juanita Coleman Williams.  She was the wife of Kennie Crum, a retired deputy jailor for Pike County Detention Center, and a believer of the Christian Faith.

     Along with her husband, Ruth is survived by one son, Matthew Crum, one daughter, Kendra (Joseph) Adkins, one brother, Ted Williams, two sisters, Thearose Bryant, Donna Bevins, one grandchild, Kyler Adkins, and a host of loving family and friends.

     Visitation will begin Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Memorial service will be at 7p.m. Thursday with Terry Gibson officiating.
