Rosie Hopkins

Rosie Hopkins, age 90,of Virgie, Ky, passed away at the Parkview Nursing Home on May 8, 2020. Rosie was born in Pike County, Ky on January 13, 1930, to her parents the late Jessie Newsome and Liza Newsome. Rosie was a home maker and a member of the Little Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Rosie was the widow of the late Frank Hopkins. Rosie is survived by two sons, Michael (Marsha) Hopkins, Stevie (Jennifer) Hopkins, one sister, Myrtle Smith. Rosie is survived by one granddaughter, Tiffany (Brad) Jones and two great grandchildren, Ashley Jones, Henry Jones and a host of loving family and friends. Family has requested in Lieu-Of-Flowers donations be made to the Little Creek Old Regular Baptist Church Private funeral services will be held.
