Ronald Johnson

Ronnie G. Johnson, age 54, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at his home. Ronnie was born on Sept. 18, 1966 to his parents Connie E. Barnett Johnson and the late Estill Johnson. He was a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Along with his father, Ronnie was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Rosie & Albert Johnson, and his maternal grandparents: Edna & Amos Barnett. Along with his mother, Ronnie is survived by two sisters, Rebecca Johnson, Juanita (Glen) Lawson, two nephews: Michael (Brandy) Lawson, Cody (Nettie) Lawson, two great nieces: Hillary Curry, Maddison Lawson, one great nephew on the way, Jeriah M. Lawson, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Elkins Cemetery at Three Mile.
