Ronald "Bub" Hylton, age 58, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Ronald was born on Sept. 1, 1965 to his parents the late Roland Hylton and Linda Thacker Hylton. He was the husband of the late Sarah Ann Damron Hylton, a retired coal miner, and a member of the Faith First Baptist Church of Jimmie's Creek.
Along with his wife and parents, Ronald was preceded in death by one sister, Lorene Hylton.
Ronald is survived by two sons, Ronald Matthew (Jasmine) Hylton, Joshua Andrew (Amber) Hylton, one daughter, Abrielle Marie Thornton, nine brothers and sisters, Brenda (Brack) Newsome, Garland Dean Hylton, Clinton Hylton, Blake Hylton, Elizabeth Hylton Adkins, Burita (Dwight) Thacker, Loretta Hylton, Thurman (Rose) Hylton, Randall (Dorothy) Hylton, two grandchildren, Wyatt Hylton, Jayse Blaylock, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Tuesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 1P.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Tony Adkins, Mike Coleman, and other Unity Freewill Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin, Ky.
