Rodney Neil LIttle

Rodney Neil Little, age 73, passed away Monday, Sept. 9, 2019 at the St. Marys Hospital in Huntington, WV.  Rodney was born on June 1, 1946 to his parents the late Delmon Junior Little and Lola I. Young Wallace.  He was retired superintendent at Prep Plant for Branham and Baker Coal Company, and he also served his country honorably in the United States Army during Vietnam.     Along with his parents, Rodney was preceded in death by his step father that raised him Curtis Wallace and one sister, Jane Blackburn.     Rodney is survived by two sons, James Neil (Jessica) Little, Roger Michael (Missy) Little, one daughter, Christy Irene (Jared) Hensley, one brother, Curtis M. Wallace, two sisters, Etta Hughes, J. Susan Kirk, eight grandchildren, Haley (Jesse) Mullins, Jenna Little, Jared Little, Hannah Little, McKenzie Little, Christopher Little, Luke Hensley, Kendall Jones, two great grandchildren, Sawyer Jones, Henry Jones, his companion, Janet Pack, Christy, Heather, Jason, Kennedy, Abby, & Kylie, and  a host of loving family and friends.      Visitation will be Wednesday at 4p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with David Bentley officiating.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
