Robert Skeens

     Robert Edgar Skeens, age 61, of Raccoon, Ky., passed away Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Robert was born on Feb. 6, 1964 to his parents the late Jimmy Skeens and Erma Ratliff Skeens.  He was the companion of Anita Hollifield, a retired manager for Coleman Oil (Happy Mart), and a believer of the freewill baptist faith.

     Along with his parents, Robert was preceded in death by one step son, Bobby Allen May, one infant sister, and one infant brother.

     Along with his companion, Robert is survived by two brothers, James Skeens, William Sherman Skeens, two sisters, Tammy Skeens Rumfelt, Sandra Skeens Dixon, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

     Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  The funeral will be Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 1 P.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park at Pikeville.
