Ray Parsons

Ray Johnny Parsons, age 72, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Ray was born on August 28, 1949 to his parents the late John Morton Parsons and Sylvia Fern Clevinger. He was retired from the City of Pikeville. Along with his parents, Ray was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters, one great grandchild, Rylee Nicole Hall. Ray is survived by two daughters, Sylvia (Harold) Bartley, Rose Slone, one brother, William Bill Parsons and his wife, Rosa Lee Parsons, one sister, Jenny Hall, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. There will be a private family funeral.
