Phillip Alley

Phillip "Bo" Alley, age 72, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.  Phillip was born on Nov. 25, 1946 to his parents the late Ogla Alley and Gladys May Alley.  He was the husband of Linda Alley, a retired coal miner, and a member of Rebecca Old Regular Baptist Church.     Along with his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Alley.     Along with his wife, Phillip is survived by one sister, Darlene Vance of Lincoln, Ky., two brothers, James Reford (Janie) Alley of Gretna, Va., Benny (Thelma) Alley of Louisville, Ky., host of loving nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters in the Regular Baptist Church who will miss him dearly.       Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Tuesday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Mitchie Paul Coleman and others officiating.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Shelbiana.
