Pennie Johnson

Pennie A. Johnson, age 75, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at her home.  Pennie was born on August 14, 1944 to her parents the late Forrest Brooks and Magdalene Theaman Brooks.  She was the wife of James Johnson, a retired secretary, and a member of the First Baptist Church in Litchfield, Mi.      Along with her husband, Pennie is survived by one daughter, Joni Leatherman, one son, Louis Leatherman, two step sons, Joe and Jason Johnson, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.     Visitation will be Saturday at 4p.m.  at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home  The funeral will be Sunday, Dec. 29, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with John Johnson, Barry Lucas, and others officiating.  Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery at Three Mile.
