Patricia Ann Ratliff

Patricia Ann Ratliff, age 81, of Pikeville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at her residence.  She was born on April 12, 1944, the daughter of the late Leeman and Sadie Abshire Matney.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Ratliff Jr. and by her brothers and sisters, James, Bill, Lester, Frank, Harold, Scotty, Pauline, Bertha, Gladys, Gustina, Donald, Mary and Herman.

Patricia was a homemaker and a member of Powells Creek Holiness Church and Victory Temple Holiness Church.

She is survived by three sons, Perry Dwaine (Jennifer) Ratliff, Greg (Shelby) Ratliff and Kevin Dale (Christy) Ratliff, by three brothers, Roger (Ruby) Matney, Plennie (Linda) Matney and Denver Matney, by seven grandchildren, Josh (Kristy) Ratliff, Justin (Morgan) Ratliff, Ashley (Tyrn) Howell, Miranda Ratliff, Emily Ratliff, Lilly Ratliff and Lauren (Marcus) Conway, by ten great grandchildren, Brady, Carson, Kylee, Aubree, Kennedy, Hadley, Eli, Eleanor, Addison and Paisley as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her and loved her dearly.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November, 22, 2025, after 6 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Billy Ratliff and Clinard Ratliff officiating.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.

Special services will be held on Saturday evening at 7 PM
