Patricia Mitchell, 61, of Pikeville, passed away on August 7, 2026. Patricia is preceded in death by her Father; Edward Lee Hipps, her Mother; Shirley Jean Dotson Hipps, Two brothers; Michael Lee Hipps, and Edward Hipps Jr. . Patricia is survived by her husband; Charles Bernard Mitchelle Jr., Two sons; Michael Mitchell, and Justin McFall, Two sisters; Debra Harris, and Susan Quillen, One brother; William Hipps. And One Grandchild; Cassidy McFall.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6PM at Lucas and Son Funeral Home Funeral will be Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 1PM at Lucas and Son Funeral Home, with Neil Coleman Officiating.
Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery.
