Oliver Joe Reynolds

    Oliver Joe Reynolds, 80 years old, passed away on December 29, 2024.  He was born in Pikeville, to the late Causby Mae and James Arthur Reynolds.  He was a decorated marine of the Vietnam War.  He was a self taught artist who enjoyed painting landscapes and animals.  

   He is survived by his brothers, Thurmas (Madge) Reynolds, Jimmy Dale (Ruth) Reynolds, and their son:  Brandon:  niece, Heather (Keith) Schweighardt, great nieces, Abby (L.J.), Isabella, Kate, Caroline, Sophia, Vivienne, and great nephew, John.  Also a special family friend, Linda Scott, and a special cousin, Ernestine Stanley.

     Visitation will be Friday at 11 A.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  The funeral will be Friday, January 3, 2025 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Brent Thompson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Osborne Cemetery at Dorton, Ky.
