Olaf Bentley

Olaf Bentley, age 83 of Flint, MI, formerly of Pike County Ky passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019 at the Hurley Medical Center. Olaf was born on October 20, 1935, in Pike County, Ky to his parents the late Benjamin Bentley and Emily Rowe Bentley. Olaf was retired from General Motors in MI, and was of the Baptist Faith and the husband of the late Connie Coleman Bentley. Olaf was preceded in death by his wife, parents, one brother- Foley Bentley, one sister- Vada. He is survived by two sons, Dwayne Bentley, Neal Bentley (Wendy), two sisters- Vida, and Vicie Smallwood, four grandchildren, Joshua David Bentley, Dwayne Bentley (Laura), Joseph Bentley, Ryan Bentley and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26, 2019, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral will be Thursday, June 27, 2019, 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Joe LeMasters officiating.  Burial will follow in the Coleman Family Cemetery on Greasy Creek, Shelbiana, KY.
