Mary Dale Blackburn

Mary Dale Blackburn "Damron", Age 74, passed away Sunday April 5, 2026, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Mary was born on March 13, 1952, to the late Arnold Dee and Glema Lavonne Ferrell Damron. Mary was a home maker and believer of the freewill Baptist faith; besides her parents Mary was proceeded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Damron, and Roger Dee Damron. Mary is survived by two sons, Van (Fallon) Blackburn, Jay (Heather) Blackburn, and one daughter Donetta (James) Johnson, Two brothers, Don (Christina) Damron, Jerry (Jackie) Damron, and one sister, Connie Lynn Adkins, Nine grandchildren, Neal, Drew (Kaitlin),Noah (Makayla) , Isaiah (Maddie), Dylan, Hunter, Cheyenne, Jeffery, and Belle, six great great grandchildren, Danleigh, Blakley, Coleston, Mia, Harper, and Beckett. She will be missed by many loving family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday April 8, 2026, at 6 Pm at Lucas and Son Funeral Home, with church services will begin at 7 Pm with Frankie Bryant officiating, Thursday night 7PM with Chad Osborne officiating. Funeral will be held Friday April 10, 2026, at 12 noon at Lucas and Son Funeral Home with James Johnson Officiating.
