Margaret Ann Justice

Margaret Ann (Stump) Justice, 81 years of age passed peacefully at her residence at Phyllis, Ky. on May 16, 2026.

She was the daughter of the late Floyd Stump, Sr. and Betty (Mutter) Stump.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Justice and one son Eugene Davis. Also, preceding in death, her two sisters, Alma (Matney) Sullivan and Marie Louise Christian. Three brothers, Charlie Stump, Jr., Gary Stump, and Larry Stump, and a special friend Eloise Christine Chapman of Phyllis, Ky.

Margaret is survived by her granddaughter, Lindsey Adams. Her three sisters, Sylvia Jean Moore of Michigan, Kay Anderson of Ohio, and Lorene Varney of Kimper, Ky., and her two brothers, Floyd Stump, Jr., of Michigan and Roger Stump of Phyllis, Ky.

She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and a host of friends to mourn her passing.

Also, to mourn her passing are her special care givers, Cam Miller of Phyllis, Ky., and Leslie LaFontaine of Phyllis, Ky. Also, a very special friend, Laura Mae Hurley.

Margaret was a friend to many. She thoroughly enjoyed time with her late husband, Kelly Justice. She enjoyed being with her church family. She was a faithful member of Kimper Church of God, Kimper, Ky.

Visitation will be at Lucas & Son Funeral Home, Pikeville, Ky., on Monday at 6pm -10pm, Funeral will be at Lucas & Son Funeral Home, Pikeville, Ky., on Tuesday at 11am. Services will be conducted by Dewayne Abshire and Eddie Dotson.

Entombment will be at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, Ky.
