Madeline Isabelle Sarver, 102, of Williamson, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 3, 2026 at Trinity Healthcare Services of Mingo in Williamson, West Virginia where she had resided for 17 years. She lived for many years in Erie, Pennsylvania.
She was born on April 3, 1924 in Union City, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Hiram and Mary Windsor Kimmy.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sisters and brothers, Husband Howard Sarver, Son James Clinton Kimmy, Daughter Mary Anne Reagle (Gaylor), Grandson Leonard Ray Hamilton, and Great Grandson Scott Lee Hamilton.
She was baptized on November 30, 2008 and became a loyal member of the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church.
Those left to cherish her memory include daughter, Nancy Hamilton (Hobart) of Delbarton, WV; seven grandchildren, Ronald Lee Hamilton (Tammy) of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Robert Scott Hamilton (Ruby) of Logan, West Virginia, Joey Reagle of Pennsylvania, Gail Ann Crum of Pennsylvania, Marsha Mead of Pennsylvania, Sandy Reagle of Pennsylvania, Bruce Reagle of Pennsylvania; nine Great Grandchildren, Audra Ann Cieslinski (Billy) of Newport, Michigan, Kyleigh Michelle Blaharski (Matt) of Monroe, Michigan, Heather Nicole Hamilton of Lenore, West Virginia, Sophia Lynne Preece (Harold) of Lenore West Virginia, Taylor Brianna Arthur (Johnny) of Blair, West Virginia, Brice Hamilton (Taylor) of Blair, West Virginia, Nathaniel Chase Hamilton of Delbarton, West Virgina, Kiara Rae Nida (Jesse) of Dunbar, West Virginia; and 16 Great Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by Beverly Chapman, a special woman who she thought of as a daughter and all of the employees at the Trinity Healthcare that treated us like family.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with special services at 7 PM. On Wednesday visitation will begin at 5 PM at the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 12 Noon at the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. The burial will follow in the Reed family cemetery at Turkey Creek.
