Lucille Ratliff

Lucille Ratliff, age 71,passed away Monday, Feb. 21, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Lucille was born on October 14, 1950 to her parents the late Ed Ratliff and Cindia Ratliff. She was retired from Jiffy Dry Cleaners. Along with her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Ratliff, niece, Tara Ratliff, and sister in law, Gina Ratliff. Lucille is survived by two brothers, Jeff Ratliff, Gary (Joyce) Ratliff, one special great nephew, Bobby Chapman, a host of nieces and nephews, Jacob Lloyd Norman, Amy Norman, Tiffany Skeens, Ashley Gallusser, Taryn Coleman, Gary Ratliff II, Madison Lyn Williamson, William Styler Skeens, Jeffrey Slade Skeens, Lily Grace Coleman, Lucas Garrett Norman, Brooke Marie Gallusser, Pheonix Cruze Coleman, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday and Thursday at 6p.m. The funeral will be Friday, Feb. 25, 2022 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Bobby Chapman and Tommy England officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park.
