Linda Sue Newsome

    Linda Sue Newsome, age 70, passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at her home. Linda was born on August 20, 1948 to her parents the late Ellis Stiltner and Geneva Johnson Stiltner.  She was the wife of the late Kerry Newsome, a homemaker, and a member of Pilgrims Prayer Old Regular Baptist Church.     Along with her husband and parents Linda was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony and Jerry stiltner, and one sister, Betty Tunget.      Linda is survived by one daughter, Karen (Calvine) Newsome, three sons, Curtis (Barb) Newsome, Kerry Newsome, Karson (Missy) Newsome, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, six brothers, Paul, Kenny, Randy, Lonnie, Bobby, and Jimmy Stiltner, eight sisters, Judy Mullins, Mary Ramey, Martha Wright, Rheda Potter, Connie Ratliff, Gail Hall, Tammy Cantrell, Lesa Wright, and a host of loving family and friends.     Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Pilgrims Prayer Old Regular Baptist Church.  Church services will be Tuesday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Wednesday at 11a.m. at the Pilgrims Prayer Old Regular Baptist Church at Beefhide, with Daryl Newsom and others officiating.  Burial will follow in the Newsome Family Cemetery at Three Mile.
