Linda Lou Lawson

Linda Lou Lawson, age 69, passed away Monday, August 17, 2020 at her home. Linda was born on Dec. 17, 1950 to her parents the late Bud Thacker and Rosie Chaney Thacker. She was the wife of David Lawson and a homemaker. Along with her parents, Linda was preceded in death by one son Basil DeWayne Kendrick, three sisters, Thelma Thacker, Reve Hess, Mercy Thacker, and two brothers, Bud Thacker and Gene Alf Thacker. Along with her husband, David, Linda is survived by three sons, Bobby Brent (Heather) Kendrick, Cecil Allen (Brenda)Lawson, Bud Dave (Jessica) Kendrick, two sisters, Polly Kendrick, Opal Kendrick, five grandchildren, Lindsey, Khloe, Kylie, Tyler, and Devin, and another granddaughter on the way, and a host of loving family and friends. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at Little Flock Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, August 21, 2020 at 1p.m. at the Little Flock Old Regular Baptist Church with Darnell Thacker, A.B. Thacker, and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Thacker Cemetery at Jonican, Ky.
