Lavada Scott

Lavada Scott, age 66, of Pikeville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Pikeville Medical Center.  She was born on December 5, 1958, to her parents, the late Charles and Ledna Mae McCoy Ratiff.

Lavada is survived by her husband, Robert Scott, by three sons, Johnny Scott, Billy Ray Scott, and Randy Scott, by one daughter, April Leann Scott, by two brothers, Terry Ratliff and Kevin Ratliff, by three sisters, Lynn Sword, Brenda Farmer and Anita Hamilton, by seven grandchildren, Joshua, Aaliyah, Johnny Jr, Aiden, Ledna Faith, Arrianna and Ava and by a host of family and friends who will miss her and loved her dearly.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, after 6 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the RH Ratliff Cemetery.
