Larry Ray

Larry Ray, age 69, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at his home. Larry was born on Feb. 9, 1951 to his parents the late Emery Ray and Glennis Scott Ray. He was the husband of the late Carrolyn Branham Ray, a carpenter, and a member of the Stone Coal Church of Christ. Along with his wife and parents, Larry was preceded in death by one brother, Lewis Ray. Larry is survived by one son, Larry Craig (Donna) Ray, one daughter, Brandi Ray, one sister, Agnes Justice, two brothers, Lonnie Ray, Lester Ray, one granddaughter, Kaitlyn "Katie" Ray, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Church of Christ Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Scott Family Cemetery at Joe's Creek.
