Kendell Webb, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025, at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born on November 29, 1960, in Pikeville, Kentucky. Kendell spent his life deeply rooted in the same community where he grew up - working hard, caring deeply for others, and finding joy in the simple things that made life full.
Kendell is survived by his wife, Patsy Hinkle Webb. Kendell's legacy continues through his children: daughter Kenisha Webb (Tommy) Muse, stepson Marty Lynch, and stepdaughter Kayla McCown. He took great pride in his grandchildren, Lillian Margaret Muse, Samuel Clinton Muse, Jaden Conn, and Haylen McCown, cherishing each moment spent with them. Kendall is also survived by his sister, Barbara Miller. He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Lena Webb, and his brother, Bill Webb. Kendall also shared a special bond with cousin Connie Caines.
The community is invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Lucas & Son Funeral Home, located at 2931 US Highway 23 S, Pikeville, KY 41501. A funeral service to honor Kendell’s life will be held the following day on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church, situated at 331 Brushy Road, Varney, KY 41571, with burial following in the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church Cemetery.
Those who knew Kendell will remember his work ethic, his love for the outdoors and his quiet, steady presence. His legacy of kindness, compassion, and loyalty will not be forgotten and forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved him.
