Kelly Ervil Justice

Kelly Ervil Justice, age 89 passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at his home of Phyllis, Kentucky.

Kelly was born on February 2, 1936, to his parents the late Cas and Gustie Taylor Justice

Kelly was a retired Coal miner and a member of Kimper Church of God, Kimper, Kentucky.

Along with his parents Kelly was preceded in death by his first wife, Fayetta Fields Justice and  two sons Kenneth Ray Justice and Kelvin Lee Justice, and one grandson, Payton Cruiz Ashley.   He is survived by his wife Margaret Ann Justice, three children, Glendale Justice, Harlan, Kentucky, James Justice, Richlands, Va., Misty Dawn Justice, Robinson Creek, Kentucky. step daughter, Betty (Gary Coleman) of Kimper, Ky.,  Grandchildren Lindsey Faith Adams, Krystal Jung, Izzie Coleman , Brandon Justice, Eric Justice , Bethany Blankenship, Kelli Justice, and Mae Short, one sister Easter Taylor, of Phyllis, Kentucky several great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, June 13, 2025 @ 5:00pm for family and 6:00 – 9 pm for friends services will be Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Lucas and Son Funeral Home Chapel , Pikeville, Kentucky with Robert Coleman and Ed Dotson officiating. Burial at Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, Virginia.
