Judy Blackburn

Judy Blackburn 75 of Pikeville , KY, passed away Sunday ,November 19, 2023 at the Paintsville ARH Hospital. Judy was born on July 13, 1948 to her parents the late Ray Keaton and Lucinda Elem Keaton. She was the wife of the late Jeff Ray Blackburn, a homemaker, and a member of the Church of God. Along with her husband and her parents, Judy was preceded in death by two brothers and six sisters. Judy is survived by one son, Jessie (Melissa) Blackburn, one sister, Wanda Keaton, and a host of loving family and friends. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
