Joyce Ann Belcher

Joyce Ann Belcher, age 53, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Joyce was born on May 8, 1966 to her parents Margaret Mullins Belcher and the late Alfred Belcher.  She was a title abstractor for Court Street USA, a graduate of Moorehead University, lil sis to Lambda Chi Alpha, and a member of the Valley Grace Freewill Baptist Church.      Along with her mother, Joyce is survived by one brother, Alfred (Lisa) Belcher Jr., two sisters, Vicky Belcher White, Janet (Tim) Smallwood Belcher, and a host of loving family and friends.     Visitation will be Wednesday at 7p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Thursday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Friday, June 21, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Randy May officiating.  Burial will follow in the Alfred Belcher Cemetery at Dorton, Ky.
