Baby-Isaac Jace Smith, age 8 months old passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at the Cincinnati Children Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Baby-Isaac was born on January 22, 2020, in Fayette County, Lexington, Ky. His parents are Dakoda Smith and Ericka Varney Smith of Pikeville, Kentucky. Baby-Isaac is survived by his parents, his grand parents-maternal grandparents, Joanna Varney, (Rick), and paternal grandparents, Deanna Smith (Shawn). His great grandparents are Joyce Adkins, Rhonda Rowe and Jettie Blackburn. Baby-Isaac is survived by several aunts and uncles, Cassie Varney, Rebecca Varney, Sabrina Varney, Adam Varney, Jimmy Rowe and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, October, 18, 2020, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, October 19, 2020, 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Adkins Cemetery, Grapevine, Ky.
