Harold "Lloyd" Williams

Harold "Lloyd" Williams, affectionately known as Lloyd, passed away on October 18, 2025, at Pikeville Nursing and Rehab. Lloyd was born on May 3, 1961, to the late Harold Williams and Gertrude Crawford Williams. He was the husband of Pennie Hackney Williams, a former diesel mechanic at Apex Mining and a believer of the Christian faith.

Along with his parents Lloyd was preceded in death by two sisters Rose Copley, Jan Hubbard, and one brother Tim Pilkin. Their memories will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory. Besides his wife Lloyd is survived by his four daughters Sasha Shoemaker, Lori Beth (Leonard Mullins) Justice, and Amanda Justice, Rebecca Justice, one sister Virginia (Stan) Asher, one brother Paul (Ann) Pilkin as well as his beloved grandchildren, Hayden Ray and Nevaeh Ray.

Visitation is scheduled for October 20, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be October 21, 2025, beginning at 12:00 PM with Greasy Freewill Baptist Church Ministers officiating. Following the service, Lloyd will be laid to rest at R. H. Ratliff Cemetery in Shelbiana, Kentucky.

As family and friends gather to celebrate his life, they will carry forward the values he instilled in them and the love he shared throughout his journey. Lloyd will be greatly missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
