Gloria Johnson

Gloria Johnson, age 69, of Cowpen of Pikeville, passed away Monday, November 13, 2023 at her home. Gloria was born in Dayton, Ohio and then lived a great deal of her life in Pikeville, Ky. She was a 41 year banker by profession at the original Pikeville National and currently at Pinnacle Bank. She was preceded in death by her dad and mom, Louis and Mary Vocke, of Ohio. Gloria had two sisters of Ohio and their spouses, Linda and Charles Wallace of Columbus, Ohio and her other sister and spouse Sue and Kim Nixon of Port Clinton, Ohio. Gloria's most important family member is her son, Ryan. Ryan has taken care of Gloria as no other, and she will greatly miss him. Gloria has a sister in law, Sherry Johnson, and several other relatives on her ex husband side of the family. There are also many cousins on her dad and mom's side of the family. Gloria was loved by all of her family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Friday, November 17, 2023 at 12 Noon at Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Father Rob Adams officiating. Entombment will follow in the Annie E. Young Mausoleum at Shelbiana.
