Frederick David Rife

Frederick David Rife, age 51, of Shelbiana, Ky, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the Pikeville Medical Center. David was born in Pike County, Ky. to his parents Linda Tackett Keene and the late Frederick Sheridan Rife. David was a retired Coal Miner, Electrician and he was of the Freewill Baptist Faith. David also served his Country Honorably in the United States Navy. David was the husband of Paula Rife. He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick Sheridan Rife. He is survived by his wife, Paula, mother, Linda Tackett Keene and her husband Terry Keene. He is also survived by a son, Frederick Austin Rife, his wife Brittany. David is survived by a step-sister, Tara Della (Austin) Smallwood, step-brother, Paul David Keene, also survived by three grandchildren, Madison Kate Rife, Jace Austin Rife, Cade Elias Rife and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 6:00 PM and Wednesday, August 31, 2022, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with services at each night at 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Jamie Miracle officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, Kentucky.
