Eldra Dean Hayes

Eldra Dean Hayes, age 90, of Jenkins, Ky., passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at her home. Eldra was born on March 30, 1930 to her parents the late Noah S. Mullins and Lilly Kelly Mullins. She was the wife of the late Archie Thomas "Tom" Hayes, a homemaker, and a member of the People's Fundamental Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Eldra was preceded in death by two brothers Homer Mullins and James Mullins, and three sisters, Melster Mullins, Audrey Mullins and Faye Hughes. Eldra Dean is survived by one daughter, Teresa (Dale) Reynolds, two sons, Jerry Thomas (Vickie) Hayes, Danny Craig (Angie) Hayes, seven grandchildren, Craig, Kara, Joshua, Justin, Shawn, Derek, and Kevan, and five great grandchildren, Alyssa, Bella, Alex, Everly, and Hadley, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday at 6p.m. at the People's Fundamental Baptist Church with church services starting at 7p.m. The funeral will be Monday, July 20, 2020 at 1p.m. at the People's Fundamental Baptist Church with Nick Bentley and Danny Craft officiating. Burial will follow in the Payne Gap Cemetery at Jenkins, Ky.
