Debra Jean Lowe

Debra Jean Lowe, age 63, passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Debra was born on Feb. 26, 1957 to her parents the late Andrew Franklin Walker and Margaret Emogene Martin Walker. She was a caregiver and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Debra was preceded in death by one son, Franklin Elliott Lowe. Debra is survived by two daughters, Jeanna "Peaches" Smith, Debby Jo "Sunshine" (Justin Harris) Edwards, two brothers, James Walker, Patrick Walker, four grandchildren, B.J. Smith, Dee Cobb, Jakob Edwards, Rylee Edwards, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday November 4, 2020 at 7p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.
