William Chad Perry, born on January 11, 1981, in Martin, Kentucky, to his father Delmar Perry, and his mother Patty Ann Compton, Chad departed this earth on October 23, 2025, in the comfort of his residence. He leaves behind a legacy marked by love, humor, and an unwavering commitment to his family and community.
A devoted husband to Kayla Perry and a proud father to his beloved sons, Jace Presley Perry and Jett Cameron Perry, William's life revolved around those he cherished most. His family was the heart of his existence; he loved them with a fierce intensity, willing to do anything for them at any time. His exemplary role as a father was characterized by joy and laughter, fostering a warm environment filled with the kind of memories that will forever resonate in the hearts of his children.
William was not just a family man; he was a man of the community. As the owner/operator of Hillbilly Detailing, he infused every vehicle with care and dedication, taking pride in the details and valuing the personal connections he made with each customer. His work ethic reflected a deep sense of responsibility, and he never shied away from extending a helping hand to others.
He had a great sense of humor that could light up a room and loved the Lord and his church, Christian Fellowship Church with all his being. His faith was a guiding force in his life, one that he shared generously with everyone around him. The kindness and support he offered often left a lasting impact on others, embodying the principles of compassion and generosity.
William is also survived by his sisters, Regina Bellamy, Shawn Campbell, and Candy Compton, who will miss his presence dearly. His brother-in-law, William Campbell, and friends, including Justin Cook, will hold onto fond memories of their time together.
The loss of William is felt deeply by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Perry, and his grandmother, Josie Isaac, both of whom he loved profoundly. Their spirits will join him in the embrace of the heavens.
A Visitation will be held in his honor on October 28, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lucas & Son Funeral Home in Pikeville, KY, church service will begin at 7pm with Christian Fellowship Church officiating. Bro. Tim Tackett will be preaching. This will be followed by a Funeral Service on October 29, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM, with Bro. Neil Coleman officiating concluding at 2:00 PM at the same location.
William Chad Perry’s memory will forever be etched in the hearts of many. His spirit, characterized by love, laughter, and a generous heart, serves as a reminder of the profound impact one person can have on the lives of others. He will always be remembered with affection and gratitude. He will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
