Carl Trivette

Carl Gene Trivette, age 72, passed away Monday, Sept. 7, 2020, at the Pikeville Medical Center. Carl was born on Sept. 21, 1947 to his parents the late Arthur Trivette and Cousby Newsome Trivette. He was a member of the national guard for eighteen years, a truck driver for over twenty years, worked for Pepsi Cola, and he also served his country honorably in the United States Army. Along with his parents, Carl was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Hall and Clara Little. Carl is survived by two sons, Randy (Darhonda) Trivette, Greg Trivette, one daughter, Irene (Nathan) Little, three brothers, Arthur Trivette Jr., Ancil Trivette, Glenn Trivette, six sisters, Ruby Wright, Pauline Osborne, Fannie Wright, Annie Sturgill, Patty Culliton, Lois Conn, seven grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Wednesday and Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, Sept. 11, 2020 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Newsome Cemetery at Penny Road.
