Carl Edward DeBoard

     Carl Edward DeBoard, age 58, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019 at the Compassionate Care Center in Canton, Ohio.  Carl was born on Feb. 7, 1961 to his parents Delores Campbell DeBoard and the late Cecil DeBoard.  He was the husband of Bonita Holloway DeBoard, a welder pipe fitter for Union 636 in Michigan and he also served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Persian Gulf War.      Along with his wife and mother, Carl is survived by one son, Christopher Hopkins, one brother, Mark (Cammie) DeBoard, two sisters, Jennifer DeBoard Patterson, Amy DeBoard, two grandchildren, C.J. Hopkins, Logan Hall, three nephews, Gabe, Matthew, Jacob, two nieces, Abby, Allison, and a host of loving family and friends.      Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Thursday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Friday, July 5, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Eddie Overstreet officiating.  Burial will follow in the Crum Cemetery at Banner, Ky.
