Billy Lee Thacker

     Billy Lee Thacker, age 66, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at his home in Phyllis, Ky.  Billy was born on Nov. 17, 1958 to his parents John Wallace Thacker and the late Mary Dixie Ward Thacker.  He was the husband of Diana Meade Thacker, and a retired coal miner.

     Along with his mother, Billy was preceded in death by one sister, Teresa Case, and one infant brother, Jimmy Thacker.

     Along with his wife and father, Billy is survived by one son, Billy Jason (Tiffany) Thacker, six brothers, John, Nathaniel, Gary, Danny, Bobby, and Ricky Thacker, two grandchildren, Jayleigh thacker and Bentley Thacker and a host of loving family and friends.

     Visitation will be Sunday from 5p.m. to 9p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Monday, May 5, 2025 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Shelbiana.
