Barbara Charles, age 66, of Pikeville, passed away on July 28, 2026. Barbara was born on September 7, 1959, to Virginia Tackett Coleman and the late Alfred Coleman.
Barbara was preceded in death by one sister; Alfreda Elliott, Barbara is survived by her husband; Larry Charles, two sons; Shannon Dale (Gina) Charles, Daniel Wayne (Amy) Charles, and one sister; Ginny Coleman. she is also survived by five grandchildren; Haleigh (Josh) Damron, Hayden Charles, Aubrey, Emily,and Dominic.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and Friday, July 31, 2026 at 6PM with nightly services starting at 7PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 1PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Eric Fleming officiating. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
