Doug Bentley

Doug Bentley, age 46, of Greasy Creek, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2008, at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born on December 7, 1961, the son of Marcella Adkins Bentley and the late Paris L. Bentley. Along with his father, he is also preceded in death by two sisters, Sandra Bentley and Sheila Bentley. Along with his mother, he is also survived by his wife, Regina Hill Bentley, by two daughters, Brandi Nicole and Gerri Anne Bentley both of Greasy Creek, by one brother, Paris Bentley of Hillard, OH, and by two sisters, Patricia Phelps of Manning, SC. and Angela Tussey of Greasy Creek. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2008, after 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, at 1 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Teddy Honaker and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Bentley Cemetery at Greasy Creek. Special services will be held on Sunday and Monday nights at 7 p.m.
