JoAnna Williamson

JoAnna (Ray) Williamson, age 76, passed away Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 at the Pikeville Medical Center. JoAnna was born on March 27th, 1932 to her parents the late Joe Ray and Vada Williamson Ray Muncy. She was the wife of Ralph Williamson, a homemaker, and a member of the Pilgrim Home Regular Baptist Church. Along with her parents, JoAnna was preceded in death by one infant son, Palmer, her stepfather, Bascum Muncy, two brothers, and three sisters. Along with her husband, JoAnna is survived by one son, Ralph Thomas Williamson of Milan, Mi., four brothers, Jay Dee Muncy, Claude, Freddie, and Eddie Muncy, two sisters, Mildred Woodson, and Mary Stevens, four grandchildren, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11a.m. at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. The burial will follow in the Bent Ridge Cemetery at Meta, Ky.
